Elite Salon & SPA Policies



Making an appointment:

You may make your appointment via phone or at our front desk with the receptionist. You can also request an appointment via email through this website.

Arrival Guidelines:

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment, to confirm your services, and make you as comfortable as possible for your experience. We will be providing you with refreshments and a tour of our facility. Elite Salon Spa is an adult facility and our salon is appropriate for anyone aged 15 and older.

Lateness:

If you are going to be late, we ask that you give us a call as soon as possible, so we can make any necessary adjustments to your schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

To protect the time of our professionals and provide the best experience for all clients, our salon has the following cancelation policy:
1. Appointments require a credit card on file to secure the booking.
2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price.
3. No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service price.
4. This policy applies to all facials and services over 45 minutes.
5. Emergencies will be considered a one-time courtesy.

Health Concerns:

Please inform us of any health issues prior to booking your appointment that may interfere with your service so we can better serve you as our client. Please inform us if you are pregnant, have any allergies to products or ingredients, or have any heart issues.For your first time with color, we would recommend a color patch test.

Personal Properties:

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property and we ask that all valuables brought with you should be kept with you at all times.

Payments:

We accept cash, Visa or MasterCard. Sales tax will be charged where applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice as our staff is constantly expanding their knowledge to better serve you.

Additional Programs:

Gift certificates, referral and modeling programs are available: please ask our front-desk personal, or give us a call.

Tipping:

Tipping is optional and is completely at your discretion. It is your way to thank your stylist or technician. You may leave the tip in an envelope at the front desk, or hand it to your stylist personally.

Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with our service or treatment during your visit, please advise our salon manager or front-desk immediately. We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. We will offer full store credit or exchange for any products you purchased at our salon within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Levels of Stylists:

Our stylists and their pricing are categorized into tiers based on experience, and knowledge in the industry. We offer various types of stylists to suit all of your needs. The levels are based on expertise, and extensive education the stylist has completed in various academies.

Elite has the following Stylist Levels:

Creative Stylist
Master Stylist
Senior Stylist
Lead Stylist
New Talent

Choosing a stylist:

We are all about you and will assist you to choose any stylist who will best fit your needs and schedule, and budget. Feel free to try any one of our stylists here at Elite Salon and Spa.

Rebooking:

Your stylist will give you a personal recommendation on when to schedule your next service, and the front desk will assist you to find the perfect appointment date and time.

Products:

We invite you to come in anytime for an in depth consultation to assist you with the purchase of any haircare or skincare product, we will be happy to work with you to find the products that best fit your needs.
