Martha Mehlmann
Creative Director, Precision Haircutting and Coloring Educator and Owner of Elite Salon & Spa since 2002
Marta specializes in precision cutting techniques. She studied and improved them in London at the Sassoon and Hob Academies. She also accomplished intensive training at TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy and Mahogany Hair Academy in London. She has been personally trained by Tina Haukjaer Andersen (Miss Tina), the creative director for Tim Hartley Education. Even though she has many years of experience and diplomas from around the globe, she still travels to renowned academies in London, Paris, Italy, Los Angeles, and New York to master her precision cutting and coloring techniques to answer the demands of today’s clients. She constantly visits shows and seminars to promote and advance the latest trends in the hair industry. Marta spent over sixteen years perfecting her craft and is very dedicated to sharing her passion and experience by teaching and inspiring others to bring out the beauty in everyone and passing on her skills.
Tina Haukjaer Andersen
Educator and stylist with over 30 years experience
With over three decades of experience in the beauty industry, Tina is a respected educator and stylist. She specializes in precision cutting techniques for both female and male. Tina brags a noteworthy career, including senior creative director positions at Vidal Sassoon in both the UK and US, and art director at Tim Hartley Education in London. Her talent has been showcased in movie projects such as Gone Girl and I Care a Lot, both starring Rosamund Pike. Currently, Tina share her time between being the creative director, educator, and stylist at Elite Salon and Spa, and working at Sean Donaldson Hair in Miami Beach.
Helena Pahava
